Welcome to another week of What I Wore Wednesday! I didn’t realize that I hadn’t caught many of my outfits this week. And I’m surprised I didn’t capture a couple of them because I was trying some new mixing of patterns out a lot this week. I’m trying to see what I can get away with before my husband thinks I’ve gone crazy, haha.
Just a heads up that this will be the last post for this week and I may not be on next week either because my son has his tonsils removed tomorrow morning and I’m not sure how he’ll be feeling. He may be needing a lot of extra snuggles and attention. I confess that I’m hoping to spend Thursday afternoon, when we’re home from his surgery, through Sunday in my pajamas!!!
Don’t forget that on last weeks WIWW I started having you vote on what your favorite outfit of the week was. This is something new I’m doing and I will pin the winner to Life Exquisite’s Pinterest Account and link the results the following Wednesday on WIWW. A few of you participated in this last week and it was fun to see what your favorites were. I had to have my family help with last weeks winner because it was a tie. If you’re curious as to what last weeks winner is check it out here! Please vote again this week in the comments section.
If my vote counts for anything #1 is easily my favorite this week!
When I was going through old posts to put on to Life Exquisite’s Pinterest Page I came across this outfit and realized that haven’t worn it since then. Definitely time for a do over!

Dragonfly Tank & Boots – Charlotte Russe

Earrings – C/O Old Navy – Eau Claire, WI
Are you ever browsing Pinterest and see an outfit on their and think, “I can totally do that outfit, I have everything for it!”? This was one of those outfits. I was casually looking over Pinterest’s Women’s Fashion category, coveting pretty much every outfit I saw there, like usual, when I saw this outfit. The only thing I didn’t have to pull off the entire outfit was the mint belt. I should probably buy one of those. I had the nude flats but my feet weren’t in the mood for feeling snow upon them so I opted for my black knee highs.
BTW, this is also the only green I wore on Sunday for St. Patrick’s day as confessed here. And I’m sorry the pictures are so blurry:-(
Tee & Jeans (similar)- Maurices
Boots – Charlotte Russe
Bracelets – Forever 21
Necklace - Urban Peach Boutique
This is the newest outfit C/O Old Navy – Eau Claire, WI and it was the perfectly soft colored spring outfit that I donned as I tried to ignore Mother Nature’s inability to move past winter. More photos of it are featured here along with my inner fear that winter just may last forever:-(
Hoody, Tank (similar), Skinnies, Belt, Necklace, Earrings & Flats -
This is one of those outfits where I’m mixing prints. It’s quite different from mixing plaids and stripes, or stripes and polka dots, I’m really not sure if I like it yet. But I was longing to wear bright colors and this was bright colors and warm enough for a chilly day.
That stylish little diva beside me just had to wear my clothes yesterday. She looked so adorably, funny and cute at the same time!
Cardi Sweater & Jeans (similar) - Maurices
Plaid Shirt – JCPenny
